IGS offers various food safety training programmes specifically designed for educational institutes, food sectors and food chain-related industries. IGS is an approved international training centre for offering HABC (High Field Awarding Body for Compliance) training from the Foundation level to level 4.

Food chains are understood as the collective links of production (including raw material production), processing and distribution of food. These include global trade and import, storage, transport, and sale or supply to the final consumer. Food is a basic need and its safety of great importance to consumers. It is the responsibility of actors in the chain to ensure this safety and to be aware of the vulnerability of complex systems. Securing food safety along the whole food chain is for consumers as important as ever before, despite unquestionable improvement of the situation in this area.

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is an internationally recognized system for reducing the risk of safety hazards in food.HACCP is one of the most trusted safety programs in the food industry and is thus implemented by numerous food industries. HACCP training thus opens the door to unlimited opportunities in the food industry.

IGS is approved by HABC (Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance) as their International Training Centre (Centre No:35061) to offer various Food Safety Training Programmes from Basic Level to Level 4.
